Welcome to the Vail Fairway Lodge, by Mountain Vacation Lodging.  This fantastic Vail Golf Course home is perfect for your large group that wants to be close the Vail Village. Golden Peak is only 1/2 mile away, and Ford Park is a short walk. Take the shuttle, which picks up just outside the front door, to anywhere in Vail.  The views are spectacular - Gore Range to the East and Vail Golf Course and Vail Mountain to the West! Your family will love the large living room and spacious deck, perfect for spending time together. After a long day of skiing, relax in your private outdoor hot tub or sauna and enjoy the beautiful scenery. With good WiFi, Roku streaming TV, the fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor grill, you have plenty of options for staying in.  The 6 bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated and offer ample space for couples, singles or kids.  There are 4 spacious bedrooms with King Beds.  One of the King bedrooms is actually an "In-Law's" suite that also includes a living area, and a kitchen, making it perfect for couple who want some privacy and space.  Another of the King bedrooms includes an alcove, with 2 Twins, making it perfect for a small family.  Bedrooms 5 and 6 also quite large.  Each easily accommodates 2 Double (Full) sized beds with space to spare.  With 4 Kings, 4 Doubles, and 2 Twins, this home is ideal for up to 10 single adults, or groups with a mix of couples, singles, and kids.  With attentive owners who have been a Vail family for decades, this home offers you a wonderful place to call home while you enjoy the good life.  Our highly trained Vacation Rental Specialists are available 7 days per week, so please feel free to contact us with any questions, or book online with confidence and we'll reach out to discuss the details.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning.  During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed.  Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties.   Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended.  For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.  If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of any garage spaces. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property.  If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary.  Security cameras are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains in good condition, for your benefit. ** Rental Agreements & Security Deposits - All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to occupying the property.  Please look for and review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process.  Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and or identification documents.  Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or security/damage deposit, which would be refundable based upon terms and conditions in the rental agreement.  We will be in touch after you book to gather additional information and to email you the rental agreement, which you can sign electronically - no printer required.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before booking.
